Jackie can support you with a range of issues like academic appeals, academic misconduct, non-academic misconduct, fitness to practice, stage 1 and 2 appeals, entry to honours, s-coding, termination of studies.

Offering advice which is independent from the University. The service is free, confidential, and impartial, and available to all students.

Your time at University should be one of the best times of your life – but sometimes it has challenges as life can sometimes throw a curve ball or two and we are here to help navigate life when this happens.
