The University's Diversity and Inclusion Calendar webpages have been relaunched, drawing together information and events around key areas that have outlined under the Diverse theme of the University Strategy.
The pages are designed to bring together and promote diversity initiatives and information from across the University, providing a set of resources that will enable each of us to foster a culture of understanding and inclusion in our work and study.
As well as signposting to relevant University resources and policies, the webpages encourage each of us to take action, suggesting things we can ‘learn’ and ‘do’, such as taking training courses or applying for funding schemes relevant to the theme.
The first theme is Accessibility, and you can also find reflections on the topic, and updates from pertinent projects funded by the University’s EDI fund.
The theme for October will be Race Equality. If you would like to share any helpful resources, materials, events or activities related to this theme, or would like to share your reflections, please contact [email protected]
