Meet people, do stuff.
St Mary's College

A community of Divinity School students, staff, and friends gathered for fellowship with like-minded scholars.

St Mary's College Society (SMCS)  aims to enrich the academic and social life of the college by gathering Biblical Studies and Theology  lovers from across the University to think, learn, and relax together.

We are a close-knit community that comes together frequently for socials and lively academic discussions in theology and beyond.  The St Mary's College Society is open to everyone regardless of your academic backgrounds.

We contribute to the social and academic life of the college through:

  • Weekly Cake & Coffee Hours  (Wednesdays 2:00pm, SMC Senior Common Room)
  • Special Events (Annual Divinity Ball, Christmas Lunch, BBQs)
  • Regular Academic Events (Hosted Lectures, Union Debates)
  • Regular Pub Nights (Usually St Andrews Brewing Co.) to follow Academic Talks

See the term card linked here for our planned events. Join the Interest List to receive regular mail from us and further details on our events. See you there!
