How to log in

- Go to the minisite.

- Enter login details in the left-hand Navigation menu. If you do not have your login details, you can either check in your emails - you should have received an email to your non-personal account on the 22nd September 2011 - or speak to your old committee. In case neither of these work, contact the DoSDA.

- Once you're logged in, you'll see your society's minipage, and you can do all sorts of fun stuff!

How to submit a form

There are two ways of submitting all the forms that your society might need.

In the navigation menu to the left, once you're logged in, an option will appear entitled "Forms". Clicking this will open a dropdown menu listing the various different forms you can submit. Alternatively, partway down your society's page you will see a header also saying "Forms". Next to this will be an icon indicating a form: if you click on that, you will be offered a choice of forms to submit.

Bear in mind that for reaffiliation, your society must submit certain forms detailed here. P

How to add extra details (website, logo, etc.) to your society

Partway down your society's minipage another header will say "Miscellaneous Details". Beneath this will be a list of various pieces of information associated with your society which you can edit. Click on one of the links to be given a prompt for the new details you would like to save.

Other issues

If you have any other questions about what you can do, what you cannot do, or things you might want to do on the website, your first port of call should be contacting Martin, the person in charge of its upkeep. He can be contacted on webmaster@socs.yourunion.net.
