►Palestinian Ambassador to the UK to Visit St Andrews

On the 23rd April 2008, the Palestinian Ambassador to the UK, His Excellency Prof. Manuel Hassassian will be giving a lecture on the current Israeli-Palestine negotiations at School II, St Salvator's Quadrangle at 7.15 PM.
Prof. Manuel Hassassian is a Professor of International Politics and Relations, a former Executive Vice President of Bethlehem University, a member of the editorial board of both the Arab Political Science Journal and the Palestine-Israel Journal. He is a board member of the Center of Non-Violence in Palestine and a member of the Arab Association for Human Rights. In 1996, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the “Universite de Reims”, France for his academic contributions in the field of political science.
