Get into the groove!
On behalf of Fife-based djembe drumming group BeatRoot, I would like to tell you about an exciting djembe and sabar drum workshop to be held at the Cosmos
Centre, Abbey Walk, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9LB on Saturday 10th May 2008
It will be led by 'Blessed Heritage' featuring Senegalese djembe and sabar experts Babakarr Dieng, Karim Mbaye and Ali Seck, who appear regularly at the African Drum Festival in Glen Isla, Angus.
This is the first time Seneglases sabar drumming has been taught in Fife
Tickets are only £15 and include African food and evening entertainment. There are just 60 places so make sure your reserve yours in plenty of time!
